Rendezvous Pizza gets second location

Rendezvous Pizza opened its second location last week. The Detroit-style pizza specialists began in Bricktown last year. Owned by the same group that franchised S&B Burger Joint into a regional chain, Rendezvous replaced the S&B at 14020 N May.

Gabe Lewis discusses Gordon Ramsay in Chisholm Creek

Property records show that property currently under construction in Chisholm Creek will bear the name of none other than MasterChef host Gordon Ramsay. MasterChef contestant and Oklahoman Gabe Lewis said when/if the Dallas-based chain comes to fruition, "I'll be there."

Chisholm Creek is a hotbed of activity right now. I was visiting the property for an upcoming story last week and came across the future home of Riserva Wine Bar from Provisions Concepts. Behind the concept is Jeff Dixon's outfit, which already has Chickenfoot, Bandee's BBQ, Hatch Early Mood Food and The Sidecar there. It marks Provisions's second partnership with chef James Fox of Scottdale, Arizona. Fox consulted on the menu for Culprits in the new Bricktown Renaissance Hotel. Riserva will be a wine and tapas bar featuring plenty of al fresco dining.

Anton's Craft Kitchen takes over former Mama Rita's

Anton's Craft Kitchen took over the former Mama Rita's space at 2610 Memorial Road. Gone is Tex-Mex in favor of Mediterranean cuisine. Anton's recently added lunch service and is now open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, closing at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Cheddar's is coming to Memorial Road

Up on Memorial Road's long-time chain restaurant haven in front of Quail Springs Mall, Cheddar's is replacing TGI Friday's.
