Quilt store footprint growing in Hamilton
Sep. 21—Two new stores have been added to the Missouri Star Quilt Company lineup in Hamilton.
Quilted Home, which offers finished goods and fabric and kits to create projects, and Santa's Sewing Shop, a year-round holiday shop, opened this week at 114 N. Davis St.
A third new store, the Fabric Market, which includes an old-fashioned soda shop, is set to open later this fall.
The stores bring the total of quilting businesses located in Hamilton to 16.
Missouri Star Quilt Company is marking its 15 anniversary this week with special events through Saturday. It was founded by the Doan Family and employs 400 people.
