R.F. McMullen Elementary School opens kindergarten registration

LOUDONVILLE − R.F. McMullen Elementary School in the Loudonville-Perrysville Local School District will begin kindergarten registration March 1.

The child needs to be enrolled by visiting Final Forms at https://www.lpschools.k12.oh.us/mcmullen. Afterward, contact Bev Bilger at 419-994-3912, Option 4, to set up an appointment and finalize registration.

To qualify for admission to kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1. Documents required are the child’s birth certificate and complete immunization record. Also required are parent proof of residency(lease agreement, bank statement or utility bill), parent photo ID and custody/adoption papers if applicable.
