Rabble takes home 2024 Mardi Gras Captain’s Trophy

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Over 30 floats rolled through Downtown Dothan for the 9th Annual Krewe of Kolosse Mardi Gras Parade, and after it was all said and done the winning float was given the 2024 Mardi Gras Captain’s Trophy.

The trophy was awarded to the Rabble float, a float built by members of the Krewe of Kolosse.

Their theme was “King Kong” and everybody on the float was dressed like they were ready to take part in the next great cinematic film.
