Raiders, Eagles announce inactives ahead of Week 7 matchup

With less than 90 minutes to go until their Week 7 showdown, the Las Vegas Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles have announced their inactive players.

The Eagles will be without starting free safety Anthony Harris, who was downgraded to OUT on Saturday. He was a free agent signing by the team this offseason and has started all six games for the Eagles. Look for veteran Marcus Epps to start in his place.

The Raiders will be without Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller, who was listed on the injury report on Saturday. He is dealing with an ankle injury and the team decided to sit him with a bye week in Week 8. Foster Moreau will start.
