The Railbird Music Festival is back, with new dates. Here's the 2023 festival lineup
The Railbird Music Festival is set to return to Kentucky in 2023 but it will no longer be held at Keeneland Racetrack. The two-day music fest is moving to the infield of Lexington's Red Mile, the second-oldest harness track in the world.
The festival, scheduled for June 3-4, will be headlined by Zach Bryan and Kentucky native Tyler Childers. Other artists scheduled to play at the multi-day festival include Weezer, Marcus Mumford, Whiskey Myers, Sheryl Crow, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Nickel Creek, Jenny Lewis, and more.
Tickets for the Railbird Music Festival will be available starting Friday at noon during a pre-sale event. Fans will need to register in advance at railbirdfest.com.
After canceling the festival in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Railbird returned to Keeneland Racetrack, in 2021 but guests complained of long lines, insufficient water stations and parking issues. Organizers announced the festival would take a "pause" in 2022.
