Tuesday will start chilly; flurries, sprinkles of rain possible

Plan for a chilly start Tuesday. Temperatures in the mid 30s will start the day with a slow climb back into the upper 40s through the afternoon. There may be a few sprinkles or flurries from time to time, but most of the day will be dry.

Wednesday starts with sunshine and a nice warm up but a strong system will bring rain showers, gusty winds, falling temperatures and even a few snow showers as the day goes on.

Temperatures will fall into the 20s and there could be some brief downpours. Roads will be mainly wet, but overnight temperatures are expected to dip into the 20s by Thursday so check the live Severe Weather Team 11 forecast before you head out.

Another strong system will bring rain and a few thunderstorms Saturday along with another round of gusty winds.
