In the rain, Trump sings out "God bless America"
President Trump got rained on at the Welcome Ceremony for the new Chair of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff on Monday.
The ceremony took place Monday Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, in Arlington, Virginia.
Outgoing Chair General James Dunford swore in new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Army General Mark Milley.
U.S. President Donald Trump greeted Army Captain Luis Avila, who was severely wounded by an IED, after Avila sang God Bless America to close the ceremony. President Trump sang along but it's unclear if he knows the words to the national song.
