'Raining Down Ice': Sleet Covers Texas Suburb as Winter Weather Continues
A winter storm brought sleet and snow to north Texas on Tuesday, January 31, prompting authorities to warn of dangerous road conditions.
This footage was recorded by Carolyn Alvey, who said she captured it from her home in Murphy, northeast of Dallas, on Tuesday morning. She said it was “raining down ice.”
