Los Angeles Rams linebacker Bobby Wagner tackled an animal rights protester who interrupted his team’s game against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night, October 3.
This footage, recorded and originally posted to Twitter by Marcela Benitez Reyes, shows the linebacker tackling a protester before the protester is taken off the field.
According to the group Direct Action Everywhere, two protesters disrupted the game to draw attention to the trial of two activists facing prison time for taking two piglets from a Utah farm.
