Rancho Cordova boy invents mask/shirt combo for kids amid COVID-19 outbreak

Matthew Valerio has a new invention he hopes will help save lives and get kids like him back in school amid the novel coronavirus pandemic. "I might help people with this and everything, so it gives me a lot of comfort," said 10-year-old Matthew. The idea is a shirt and mask combo, where the mask is attached to the shirt. It's a new concept that the Rancho Cordova boy hopes will prevent face coverings from getting misplaced or mixed up during a time when personal health and safety are paramount.
