Earlier in the season, we took a hand at ranking the starting quarterbacks in the AFC North. Now, after seven weeks of the NFL season we decided to update our rankings based on what we have seen through at least a half dozen games.

Be sure to comment below and give us your rankings.

1-Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

Mitchell Layton-USA TODAY Sports

If you are still criticizing Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson, you are just doing it out of spite and maybe some jealousy. Jackson continues to impress and is probably a frontrunner for NFL MVP at this point. He has absolute command of the Ravens run-heavy offense and is utilizing his weapons much better this season.

2-Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

By the end of the season, no one should be shocked if Cincinnati’s Joe Burrow is the top quarterback on this list. He has been every as advertised and more. Wish some weapons around him, Burrow’s potential is really starting to show up, making the Bengals a serious threat.

3-Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers

Philip G. Pavely-USA TODAY Sports

When Ben Roethlisberger retires, he will go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot. But age and injuries have hit Big Ben hard since he led the league in passing in 2018. Roethlisberger is dealing with multiple injuries this season and a still hasn’t gotten a full grasp on how to utilize his weapons.

4-Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

I don’t think anyone outside of Pittsburgh would complain if I’d have put Baker Mayfield at No. 3 and Roethlisberger at No. 4. Truth be told the gap between Jackson and Burrow compared to Roethlisberger and Mayfield is significant. Mayfield is dealing with a shoulder injury but even when healthy his inconsistency shows.
