Rapper Kodak Black has avoided further jail time after he was accused of violating his bail terms in a drug possession case.

The “Tunnel Vision” artist, 25, will instead spend 30 days in a drug treatment program following a hearing in South Florida, local NBC affiliate WTVJ reported.

An arrest warrant was issued last week for Kodak, whose legal name is Bill Kapri. The warrant said Kodak blew off a required drug test on Feb. 3. When he did take the test on Feb. 8, it was positive for fentanyl, according to authorities.

At Tuesday’s hearing, a test lab employee admitted he could have mixed up Kodak’s test with another man’s, local ABC affiliate WPLG reported.

“Whatever I need to do, cry, beg, I’ll do it. But there’s so much about this situation that isn’t right,” Kodak told Judge Barbara Duffy, according to WTVJ. “I don’t know why people be so hungry to send me to jail.”

Duffy agreed with Kodak’s attorneys on the 30-day rehab program, the local station reported. He’ll still be allowed to perform at the Rolling Loud California music festival on Friday before he checks into rehab.

“You better get it together,” Duffy told Kodak, according to WPLG.

In July 2022, Kodak was pulled over in Fort Lauderdale, and cops found 31 oxycodone pills in the vehicle. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance without prescription and trafficking in oxycodone.

At the time, Kodak’s attorney contended that he was prescribed the painkillers.

As Kodak referenced at Tuesday’s hearing, he has a history of legal trouble. In 2019, he was sentenced to nearly four years in prison for lying when buying guns. Former President Donald Trump commuted his sentence just before leaving office.

In April 2021, Kodak pleaded guilty to assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel room in 2016. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
