Orlando Brown, who underwent a mental health evaluation earlier this year, appears to be turning his life around for the better.

Brown’s mother, Tiffney Anderson, shared an encouraging update on TikTok when she posted a video of her son appearing at her door with flowers.

“I am on CLOUDS RIGHT NOOOOW!! My son and his beautiful family surprised me yesterday AHHHHHHHHH!!!,” she wrote, as Boyz II Men’s “A Song for Mama” soundtracked the emotional video. “WHAT JOY I FEEL right now. Orlando, it felt like old times. The laughter, memories and stories lol lol!!! Thank you for thinking of me. What joy joy joy.. Lord I thank you and love you SO much!!!”

As he pulled up in front of his mother’s house, Brown told her that he “don’t smoke no more dope.”

“Guess who just pulled up on me and I don’t know why,” his elated mother said in the clip. “Oh, you got me some flowers, Orlando! You don’t smoke no more dope? That’s good.”

Brown and his mother exchanged a warm hug before the proud mother turned the camera to show off the smile on her son’s face.

“Look at my son,” she said.

Anderson proceeded to give a warm greeting to Brown’s son, Frankie, and his wife, Danielle Brown, Vibe reported. Later in the video, Anderson acknowledged Danielle’s baby bump, confirming she has another grandchild on the way.

In June, Danielle announced that she and her husband are expecting their second child. In the clip, Danielle is seen showing Brown a positive pregnancy test; the couple married in 2020, according to BCK.

Speaking at a church fundraising event in 2020, Brown reflected on his struggle with his addiction.

“My name is Orlando Brown. You may know me from a little show from back in the day called That’s So Raven,” he said, BCK reported. “I went through a lot. I experimented with crystal meth, with weed. I didn’t know what I was doing. I was addicted to the internet. All kinds of stuff.”

The former child star credited his wife for helping him overcome his struggles.

“My fiancée told me about this place and when I came it was amazing,” he said. “I had a blast. These brothers accepted me for who I am. Church is lovely. All the leaders are brilliant, they’re geniuses and men of God.”
