The Baltimore Ravens fell to the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild Card round by the final score of 24-17, ending their year after a 10-7 season. They now enter the 2023 offseason with plenty of questions to answer, especially about the future of quarterback Lamar Jackson.

The former league-MVP is slated to hit unrestricted free agency, as a new deal between him and the Baltimore organization has yet to be reached. During his end-of-season media availability, Ravens offensive tackle shared that he hopes Jackson will return to Baltimore in 2023, praising the quarterback for what he does both on and off the field.

“I definitely hope so. Obviously, that’s his [Lamar Jackson’s] business, and I’m not going to step in his business. He’s a hell of a player, and I thank him every day, just [for being] the type of person he is, the type of player he is, the type of teammate he is. Even just coming in here with my children and them getting to sit around with him and talk to him, and he’s treating them like family, that’s huge; you don’t find that in a lot of places. So, whatever he needs to take care of, he’ll take care of. But at the end of the day, he’s a brother for life, and I look forward to just suiting up with him again next year.”
