Ravens release final injury report for Week 11 matchup vs. Bears

The Baltimore Ravens are set to take on the Chicago Bears in Week 11 of the 2021 season. Baltimore is coming off of a disappointing 22-10 defeat to the Miami Dolphins in Week 10 which dropped their record to 6-3. However, they still hold the top spot in the AFC North.

The Ravens have dealt with a massive amount of injuries over the course of the 2021 season. Friday’s final injury report before Week 11 shows just that, as Baltimore had a whopping 17 players on the list, including some very high profile names such as quarterback Lamar Jackson, as well as wide receivers Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman.

The injury report looks like a laundry list. However, it does point out that Jackson, Bateman, center Bradley Bozeman and tight end Nick Boyle were all full participants in practice, which bode very well for their availability on Sunday.

Limited participants included running back Latavius Murray, Brown, offensive lineman Patrick Mekari as well as cornerbacks Tavon Young and Jimmy Smith. Each of those players would give the Ravens a very big boost if they are able to play, and would be big losses if they couldn’t.

Cornerback Anthony Averett popped up on the injury report for the first time on Friday, as he did not participate in practice. It would be a crushing blow if Averett is unable to go in Chicago, as the Baltimore secondary is already extremely thin.

The Ravens ruled out wide receiver Miles Boykin, defensive lineman Brandon Williams and outside linebacker Pernell McPhee. Defensive lineman Calais Campbell had a rest day on Friday.
