Raw: Gov. Larry Hogan delivers farewell remarks to Marylanders

As Maryland lawmakers prepare for this year's legislative session, outgoing Gov. Larry Hogan delivered his farewell address Tuesday evening. The governor started by thanking Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford, his wife, first lady Yumi Hogan and the people of Maryland for all of their support over the last eight years. The governor said he's proud of his accomplishments that include making Maryland more business-friendly and growing the state's private sector.
