Jun. 4----St. Peters United Church of Christ, 122 W. Franklin St., Topton, will celebrate its 150th anniversary on Sunday at10 a.m. with a special worship service followed by a luncheon. The service will include a slide presentation of the church's history, special music plus music provided by the St. Peter's choir and the choir from its sister congregation, Christ Delong UCC in Bowers.

—Crow Hill Bluegrass will perform a free concert next Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Hill Church Picnic Grove, 620 Hill Church Road, Pike Township. Food will be available at 4. The concert is rain or shine. A free will offering will be accepted.

—Christ Lutheran Church, 222 Niantic Road, Barto, will worship on Pentecost Sunday at 9 a.m., with Holy Communion. Coffee & Conversation will be held at 8:30 in the Welcome Center and then again following worship.

—Zion and St. Paul's United Church of Christ will worship together in person at 301 W. Penn Ave., Robesonia, at 10:15 a.m. on Pentecost Sunday, with Holy Communion, as well as by YouTube and by telephone. Details can be found at 1zion.org or sprucc.org. A congregational meeting will be held to move forward with the naming process for the proposed new congregation. A Wine and Strawberry Festival will be held today from 3 to 6 p.m.at the church. —Christ Episcopal Church, 435 Court St., Reading, will hold three in-person worship services on Sunday, all including Holy Eucharist: at 8, a said service (no music); at 9, a service for families with young children, and at 10:30, a service with music. Masks are required. Eucharist will be individualized. Parking is available at the Abe Lincoln Hotel parking garage and the M&T Bank lot, both off of Washington Street. —St. John's Reformed Church, 4001 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, will celebrate Pentecost, with Holy Communion, on Sunday at both the 9 a.m. traditional and 11 a.m. contemporary services. The church will host the Rev. Michael Reist, The Amazing Magi magic show, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. —Trinity United Church of Christ, 2449 Cumberland Ave, Mount Penn will worship at 9:30 a.m. on Pentecost Sunday, with Holy Communion. New members will be received. The Handbell Choir will provide music.

—Bern Lutheran Church, 820 W. Leesport Road, Bern Township, will host the Berks Festival of Faith Vacation Bible School June 27 through June 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The Festival of Faith VBS is for individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges ages 12 to adult. There will be a free supper on June 28 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for special needs individuals, their families and friends. —Kissinger's Church, 715 Berkshire Blvd., Wyomissing, willwelcome Adult and Teen Challenge of Rehrersburg on Sunday at its 10:15 a.m. service. Participants of Adult and Teen Challenge will share their testimony and present a portion of the worship service. The church also will hold an Hour of Prayer on Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. The public is invited to attend to submit prayer requests and to pray for others.

—Maidencreek Church, 261 Main St., Maidencreek Township, will hold a hybrid worship service on Pentecost Sunday at 9 a.m., with Communion. Music includes selections by Kimberly Ayrton on piano and organ, Sophia Ayrton on violin, a selection using bells with congregational participation as well as two congregational hymns.
