Irina Shayk has all the answers.

Especially when it comes to learning a thing or two on how the 33-year-old, who is a regular on the runways of Versace, Burberry and Bottega Veneta, remains totally chic no matter the circumstance. We caught up with Shayk at Manhattan's Mercer Hotel while she was in town to promote her new campaign with Falconeri cashmere.

From her go-to beauty routine to the one outfit she travels with on a regular basis, Shayk gave us an inside look on how she conquers New York winters. Oh, and her unexpected tip for being a mom? You'll just have to scroll down to find out.

What are your tip for looking chic and staying warm in the winter?

I think it's very important to have some must pieces in your wardrobe like a turtleneck -- camel colored turtlenecks and in black. I love turtlenecks because you don't have to worry about wearing a scarf. If it's an oversized turtleneck, you can just layer it and do it with jeans or a skirt.

Definitely a good cashmere coat. My favorite color, of course is black because it's easy. Falconari has really cool cuts of the clothes that you can wear more sportswear like with jeans or you can wear it over evening dresses. So, definitely an oversized turtleneck and cashmere coats are must-haves! Oh and a good beanie [for] when I have a bad hair day.

What is your go-to winter uniform?

All black. If you don't know what to wear, wear all black. Put on a turtleneck with jeans and some comfortable boots with some oversized coat or more like a sleek chic black coat. If you want to do a splash of color, you can do a red turtleneck. It's good to do all black and then have a pop of color. This is the uniform and definitely comfortable shoes.

You're always traveling for work. What will forever be packed in your suitcase?

A cashmere tracksuit. One that's really cozy and comfortable. I hate the tracksuits that you wear on an airplane and then after one flight the material stretches out. I definitely like a light grey tracksuit that you can pair with boots or some white sneakers and throw a coat on top.

Must-have beauty item when it comes to the winter season?

I think my secret key to beauty products is never stick with one. Because I think when your skin is really used to one product, then that product is not going to work anymore for your skin. And so, I have a few of my favorites that I always mix and always do two to three days a week or just go one day without products.

I definitely love Mimi Luzon. The products are made in Florida. It's really cool. She has this gold 24K face mask. If you wake up and your skin looks really dull, you just put it on for 10 minutes and massage it and it really gives you a glow. I love Barbara Strum, too. She has some really cool creams and gels.

Augustinus Bader is perfect for winter because it's a little bit heavy. They have two [creams]: They have The Rich Cream or The Cream. I love The Cream because it's a little bit lighter and definitely every time I travel or use so much makeup, I try to use something pretty heavy on my face.

I also try to keep up my face workout. I love the Face Gym, it's amazing and skin IV's are a must-have. It's not that expensive because I really don't believe in going for facials and spending $400 because why would you pay that? I believe in the machines and the [face] workouts. You can do 30 of 40 minutes and you don't have to remove your clothes. You just come and sit on the chair, massage your face, you do skin IV's and your'e done.

What's the one hack all mother's should know about?

I think just try to get a lot of sleep. Get some interesting toys or something your baby is interested in. Keep them busy. When you have a baby and you're a working mom, you definitely have less time for yourself so I would say always think 'happy mom, happy baby.' So if one hour of face gym will make me happy, then I do it. At the end of the day it's going to pay off so just definitely take care of yourself.

Self care is really important. That's probably the key more than any product. If you're happy, then your baby is happy.

What do you look forward to the most come this time of year?

I'm looking forward to the new year. I don't have any plans and I think the new year will bring a new energy and new beginnings. It's always good to finish the year and go into something new. In Russia we don't celebrate Christmas like you guys do here. We celebrate the new year really big and then we have our Orthodox Christmas on the 7th of January. I have a lot of Russian friends in New York who do all these amazing Russian parties and cook Russian food, so I definitely look forward to that. Just eating and having fun.
