Real estate attorney Natalie G. Coldiron has joined the Williams Parker law firm as a partner.

Coldiron, previously an attorney with Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., has more than a decade of experience handling residential real estate transactions.

Real estate paralegals Lori Molnar and Kristie Tonitis and real estate networking coordinator Annette Bentley-Reilly work closely with Coldiron and are also joining Sarasota’s Williams Parker.

Coldiron’s practice includes advising on all types of real estate transactions, real property closings and title insurance matters. She represents buyers and sellers in all varieties of real property acquisition and disposition. She has negotiated and closed hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions to date.

She earned her J.D. from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and her bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida. She is a Sarasota native and attended Pine View School for the Gifted.

Ronald Zilkowski, CPA, MBA, has joined Vistage Sarasota. He is owner and president of Lykins-Signtek Inc., a large sign manufacturer in the Naples/Fort Myers/Marco Island area.

Vistage Sarasota is looking to expand its existing group of CEOs/Business Owners.  The group meets once a month for a day of peer-to-peer advisory discussions coupled with subject matter expert presentations on topics of interest.

Nancy Scott, of Nancy’s Concierge and Home Watch Services in Venice, has been appointed as the Chapter Lead for the National Home Watch Association’s Central West Florida Chapter, which covers Sarasota, DeSoto, Highlands, Hardee, Manatee, Pinellas, Polk, and Hillsborough counties.

The Community Foundation of Sarasota County’s Scholarships Manager, Kay Carrington, was selected to participate in Leadership Sarasota, a program of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. She is one of 53 members of the Class of 2023.

The Leadership Sarasota program is an opportunity for participants to learn more about our community, develop leadership skills and network with other leaders across various sectors of the region. The program selects those candidates with a demonstrated interest in leadership and the welfare of the community.

In her role at the Community Foundation, Carrington oversees the operations and delivery of the foundation’s multifaceted scholarships program, creating applications, interfacing with donors and ensuring money is delivered to institutions of higher learning.

The Community Foundation of Sarasota County’s Vice President of Community Impact, Kirsten Russell, was selected as one of 53 professionals from across the state to join the next Leadership Florida class as part of the Cornerstone Class 40 during 2022-2023.

The class is a yearlong series of professional development opportunities designed to stimulate personal vision, networking and the collective influence of leaders from around the state. Participants are those who have demonstrated positive impact within their communities and a commitment to the continual betterment of Florida.

In her role as vice president of community impact, Russell oversees grants and projects for various sectors, and her work touches on nearly all aspects of life in the state, from animal welfare and human health to environmental issues to the arts. She is eager to discover innovative strategies to improve current approaches and to dialogue with leaders from other municipalities about programs and ideas we might replicate in this area.

Laura Ansel has earned her Accreditation in Public Relations from the Universal Accreditation Board, according to the Florida Public Relations Association’s Central West Coast Chapter.

The Accreditation in Public Relations is a symbol of excellence within the public relations industry. The credentials signify a commitment to the highest level of performance and ethical practices of public relations.

Ansel is currently the marketing and engagement coordinator for the Parks & Recreation Department of the city of North Port, the largest municipality in Sarasota County.

Former Congresswoman Susan Molinari has joined the board of trustees of Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, in Sarasota.

In addition to her time in the U.S. House, Molinari served a term on the New York City Council.

Outside of elected office, she has held positions including vice president of Google’s Public Affairs for the Americas, leader of multiple offices for international public affairs and lobbying giant Omnicom and as a media communicator on CBS, Fox, PBS and CNN.

Elisabeth Owen has joined ArtisTree Landscape Maintenance & Design as its newest designer.

A Florida Certified Horticulture Professional, Owen will create plans for new builds and renovations. Her 20-plus years in the green industry includes design, managerial and sales experience for residential and commercial clients.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Master of Science degree in environmental horticulture.

ArtisTree Landscape Maintenance & Design, of Venice, specializes in planned community/commercial maintenance and landscape design/installation.
