Neal Signature Homes, based in Lakewood Ranch, recently broke ground on a new neighborhood in the Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, in Englewood.

The neighborhood, St. Lucia, will offer 26 single-family homes on Nicklaus Court. The homebuilder is currently pre-selling homes by appointment only.

There are four floor plans to choose from in St. Lucia. The Newport, Pebble Beach and Oceanside plans range from 2,726 to 3,053 square feet with up to four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Pacific Grove plan is 3,209 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The neighborhood, on Englewood Road, is close to an 18-hole golf course, driving range and putting green. Other nearby amenities include a Georgian-style clubhouse with casual and fine dining, pool and spa, a fitness room and tennis, bocce ball and croquet courts.
