Patricia Baker, team leader of Baker Global Team with Re/Max Alliance Group, has qualified for the distinguished Re/Max Chairman’s Club Team Award in 2021, which honors high-achieving real estate teams for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year.

This is the first year Baker Global Team has received this award.

Baker has worked for Re/Max Alliance Group for eight years and has been licensed as an agent since 2006.

She has extensive experience in luxury properties, new construction, second homes, retirement homes and waterfront properties, serving a variety of clients including first-time home buyers and veterans.

Among Baker’s list of achievements, she has earned the Manatee Realtor of the Year award and Re/Max Hall of Fame status.

He moved to Palmer Ranch in Sarasota two years ago from Denver, Colorado.

Since moving to Sarasota, he has pivoted to working in real estate. After spending most of his career in the accounting and finance field, he is very comfortable putting deals together.

He works with buyers and sellers.

Tina Ellis has joined Preferred Shore!

Born and raised in Germany, Ellis grew up in a military family. Her desire to travel and love for real estate began at a very young age.

Ellis spent many years in the private equity space, raising funds for various startup ventures. She also worked as a paralegal, which taught her how to read and understand contracts.

Tina’s primary focus is luxury vacation homes and working with investors who seek properties with high-cap rates.

The Rogers Griffin Group has joined Preferred Shore! with a total of over 25 years of experience in the Lakewood Ranch-Sarasota area.

The group comprises skillful agents possessing a depth of local and industry knowledge. Their mission is to strategically maximize value for buyers and sellers by employing cutting-edge marketing and utilizing current data to inform decision-making.

Bill Burns has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a broker-associate in the downtown Sarasota office.

He handles a variety of properties, including single-family homes and condominiums from Manatee to Charlotte counties, new construction, rental properties and land.

A Florida resident since 1988, Burns has 12 years of real estate experience. He is LEED AP certified.

He was previously a mortgage broker and also worked in broadcasting.

Burns earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.

Michael Harshman has joined Wagner Realty’s Lakewood Ranch Office as a licensed real estate agent and will be working with the business brokerage division.

He will specialize in marketing businesses in a way that will appeal to a large base of qualified buyers. He will provide buyers and sellers with the confidence required in all business transactions.

Harshman is a graduate of the University of Texas College of Law. He is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been admitted to practice in all courts of Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Peggy Soublis has joined Preferred Shore!

She grew up outside Philadelphia, and in the year 2000 received a bachelor's degree from West Chester University.

She began her profession in sales while pursuing her undergraduate degree.

In her mid-20s, Soublis lived in Sarasota for a few years before relocating to Newport Beach, California. That’s where she got her start in real estate, assisting people with loan modifications and home rescues.

She returned to the Northeast after California, spending about 10 years in Connecticut and New York.

She decided in 2017 to return to Sarasota to provide a better quality of life for her two children and allow them to create memories with their grandparents, who have lived here for over 15 years.
