REAL ESTATE PEOPLE: New manager chosen for Wagner's Longboat Key office

Becky Smith, broker associate, has been named branch manager for Wagner Realty’s Longboat Key Office, 5360 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Suite 101.

Smith’s predecessor, Dia Wilson, has transitioned to concentrate full time on her real estate business.

Smith joined Wagner Realty in October 2002 and quickly achieved multiple top sales and listings awards. She has more than 20 years of managerial real estate skills and also manages the Wagner Realty Anna Maria Island office.

Jenn Foskey has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a member of the Steve Martin Homes Group. Specializing in residential properties, she will be based in the Re/Max Platinum Realty Venice office.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Foskey worked in occupational therapy. She brings strong market knowledge and is familiar with “aging in place” accommodations for seniors.

Foskey earned a bachelor’s in behavioral science and associate degrees in occupational therapy and computer technology.

Camilo Infante has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as an agent in the downtown Sarasota office. He will focus on commercial real estate and agricultural properties.

Infante was an insurance adjuster before becoming a real estate agent.

He earned a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Everglades University in Tampa, with a concentration in aviation and flight training.

Infante is fluent in English and Spanish.
