Her commitment to professional development and client service is reflected in her numerous designations, including Graduate, Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and e-Pro, and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification.

Ray Collins, of Coldwell Banker's downtown Sarasota office, was named among Realogy Brokerage Group's national Top 1000 Realtors for the third quarter of 2021.

Collins is in his first full year working in real estate and has already represented more than 35 clients in sales or purchases of residential or commercial property, totaling more than $27 million in closed or pending sales.

With more than 50,000 agents, Realogy is the nation’s largest real estate brokerage and includes Coldwell Banker Realty.

A licensed real estate agent, she has an extensive background in customer service. She worked in retail for five years as a management trainee for Walgreens and was a medical and legal interpreter for 12 years.

Phuoung taught Vietnamese for the Vietnamese American Volunteer Association, Inc.

Flynn has been selling real estate since 2017, after a long and successful career as an investigative and consumer reporter in TV and online.

Her work led to the release of an innocent man from prison and recouped hundreds of thousands of dollars for consumers who had been victimized by everything from shoddy construction to shady investments.

Wikoff was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and vacationed in Venice and Sarasota. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural economics at the University of Florida.

After college, he worked in finance on Wall Street. In 2020, he and his family moved back to Florida.

Tonna Gruber transferred from Coldwell Banker Downtown. She was first licensed in 1984 and worked in Texas, Arizona, California and Hawaii before moving to Siesta Key in 1994.

Candance Amorim comes from Yorkshire International. Licensed for four years, Amorin still considers herself a new agent.

Tashka Mounts started with Keller Williams Realty Select in Lakewood Ranch before coming over to The Quire Group KWOTW. She has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. Her background was in banking and consumer lending before joining Keller Williams.

Karie Backman has worked in real estate for 14 years. She previously was with Coldwell Banker.

Heather Terwilliger, who received a real estate license in November 2020, activated on the Multiple Listing Service in January 2021. She formerly worked for MBN Realty Professionals.

Linda Stokes, Karrie Tooze-Moore, Carol Mennona, Beverly Mccubbins, Alexander Walker and Yustina Probst have joined EXIT King Realty in the Bradenton office.

Kim Thomas has joined the Sarasota office.
