REAL ESTATE PEOPLE: Re/Max Lifetime Achievement winners join Venice office
Rich and Denise Fox have joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as real estate agents in the Venice office.
Known as the Fox Team, they moved to Florida from Mount Airy, Maryland, where they were agents with Re/Max Realty Centre, earning the Re/Max Hall of Fame and Re/Max Lifetime Achievement awards.
Both are Graduates of the Realtor Institute and ePros.

Kimberly Mills, an agent in the Re/Max Alliance Group’s Bradenton office, has received the Certified Charitable Real Estate Specialist designation. She is qualified to navigate transactions involving the charitable giving of real estate.
Mills is a strong supporter and the new treasurer of Heart Strings for Heroes, a Largo-based foundation whose vision is to create a music retreat for wounded combat veterans who suffer from physical or mental issues. She will be orchestrating the process of real estate donations for the foundation.
A longtime Re/Max Alliance Group agent, she is a consistent recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award and has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist; Graduate, Realtor Institute; Military Relocation Specialist; and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations, among others.
Mills assists clients in Manatee and Sarasota counties and the Tampa Bay area.
R. Joseph Flowers has joined Sunset Realty, in Sarasota.
Flowers previously had a long and flourishing career as an award-winning floral designer in New York City and New Jersey.
He earned his real license in 2020 and has managed a handsome portfolio of commercial and residential real estate leases.
In addition, Christine Flynn has returned to Sunset Realty from a hiatus in Maine.
