Waldoch has seven years of local real estate experience. He moved to Florida in 2013.

He has a bachelor’s in biology from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.

Prior to his real estate career, he was a computer systems administrator and Windows application developer.

Crystal Saly has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a sales associate with the Seaside Living Group, working from the Venice and Wellen Park offices.

Raised in Hawaii, Saly moved to Washington state after high school, then joined the Air Force, stationed in Texas and Utah. When she returned to Washington, she worked as a real estate photographer and owner of Crystal Pixel for eight years.

Saly has a bachelor’s in digital design and master’s in information technology from American Intercontinental University.

Real estate agent Sabina Rozak has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a member of the Seaside Living Group, working from the Venice and Wellen Park offices

She focuses on first-time homebuyers, relocation, waterfront homes, investment properties and second homes in south Sarasota, Lee and Charlotte counties.

Rozak has 13 years of real estate experience. Prior to her real estate career, she worked for the U.S. Postal Service. She was also involved in rehabilitating investment homes for resale.

A native of Poland, she attended Richard J. Daley College.
