Real estate transfers: 4 Stark properties sell for more than $1 million
Four commercial properties sold for more than $1 million late last month in Stark County, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Meijer Stores Limited Partnership — which has long discussed opening a store in Alliance — has purchased vacant land along West State Street for $5,175,000 from FP Alliance LLC. The Meijer will be located at the site of the former Carnation City Mall.
Sammarsa Canton Properties LLC of Mason, Ohio, purchased a shopping plaza at 2859 Whipple Ave. NW and a parcel along Hills and Dales Road NW in Jackson Township for $6.4 million from Zest Development LLC. The Whipple property is 8.5 acres. Meanwhile, the parcel is a parking lot.
And Sgt. Clean Car Wash purchased land at 5110 Fulton Drive NW in Jackson Township for $1,650,000.
The property transfers cover April 22 to April 28.
