Real estate transfers: Agricultural land sells for $2.8 million in Jackson Township
Two Jackson Township properties sold for $2.8 million last month, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Lafayette Holding Partners Ltd., which lists a Jackson Township address on county records, purchased 88.6 acres of agricultural land at 5095 Crystal Lake Ave. NW and 0.34 acres listed as parcel 1619808 along Lafayette Drive NW in Jackson Township for $2,817,501.
Lafayette already owned more than 35 acres along Crystal Lake Avenue NW and 33.5 acres along Lafayette Drive NW, according to county records.
Crystal Lake Holding Co., which uses the same address as Lafayette in county records, also owns 24 acres of agricultural land along Crystal Lake Avenue NW in Jackson Township and more than 61 acres of property along Crystal Lake Avenue NW in Lawrence Township.
