Real estate transfers: Belden Village mall property sells for $21.3 million

Several buildings around the Belden Village mall in Jackson Township sold for $21.3 million last month, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

Seritage SRC Finance LLC sold the buildings, including the Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Boot Barn and Dave & Buster's, to Fidelis, doing business as Canton BV Associates LLC, for $21.3 million. Fidelis is a real estate company based in Bellaire, Texas.

The property transfers cover Feb. 11 to Feb. 17:
