Real estate transfers: Bob Evans property changes hands in Jackson Township

The Bob Evans property in Jackson Township has changed owners, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

MDC Coastal 18 LLC, which lists a San Diego, California, address on county records, purchased the property at 5375 Dressler Road NW from Cole be Portfolio I LLC for $3,730,200. MDC owns several retail properties in Stark County, including Dollar General sites in Perry and Washington Townships.

The real estate transfers cover April 15 to April 21.
