Real estate transfers: Former Fishers Foods in Plain Township sells for $4 million
The former Fishers Foods grocery store in Plain Township has been sold, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Croys T C and Son, which lists a Findlay, Ohio, address on county property records, bought the property at 8100 Cleveland Ave. NW for $4,066,362 from One GS 8100 LLC.
Fishers closed the store last year. Aldi opened in a 25,000-square-foot section of the former grocery earlier this month.
