Real estate transfers: Jackson Township shopping plaza sold for $4.3 million
A Jackson Township shopping plaza has been sold for $4.3 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
The 44,640-square-foot plaza, located at 4655 Fulton Drive NW, was transferred to LD Belden Center LLC of Canton from Fourteen-Eight LLC of Akron, according to county records.
