Real estate transfers: Jackson, Tuscarawas properties sell for more than $1.3 million
Several properties in Jackson Township and Tuscarawas Township have sold for more $3.6 million and $1.3 million, respectively, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
The transfers cover Jan. 28 to Feb. 3.
Office buildings located at 4650 Hills and Dales Road NW and 4656 Hills and Dales Road NW in Jackson Township were transferred from SBB Limited to CHCT Ohio LCC in Franklin, Tennessee, for $3,669,531.
Meanwhile, two parcels on Carmont Avenue SW and 17th Street in Tuscarawas Township — vacant land and a trailer park, respectively — were transferred from Hunters Pointe East Development Limited Partnership to Hunters Pointe MHC LP in Wimauma, Florida, for $1,375,000.
