Real estate transfers: Jackson Twp. CVS property sells for $5.4 million

The CVS drugstore property at 7292 Fulton Drive NW in Jackson Township has been sold for $5,450,000, according to the latest real estate transfers covering Dec. 24-30 filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

The property was transferred to 7292 Fulton Investors LLC of Akron from CVS 75980 Oh LLC. 7292 Fulton Investors has the same address as LRC Realty, which operates numerous retail and residential properties in Northeast Ohio.
