Real estate transfers: West State Street shopping plaza sold

A neighborhood shopping plaza space and another parcel along West State Street have been sold for $650,000, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

Shaheen & Son Rentals LLC of Beloit sold a parcel and plaza space at 1170 W. State St. to Ohio Dream Team LLC of Canton.

The property transfers cover Feb. 11 to Feb. 17:
