Real estate: Two vacant residential properties in Massillon sell for $1.1 million
Two Massillon properties have been sold for $1.1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Leecrest Holdings, which lists a P.O. Box in Massillon as its address, acquired two vacant residential parcels on Wildridge Drive NW, and Hills and Dales Road NW from Villa Sole LLC of Massillon, according to county records.
The Wildridge property is listed as 0.36 acres, while the Hills and Dales property is 5.8 acres.
The real estate transfers cover March 4 to March 10.
