1. Hacienda Del Sol - $6 million

Topping March’s most expensive list is the 7.6-acre property Hacienda Del Sol. The estate at 205 Hacienda Drive on Merritt Island features 22,000-square-feet of living space including the 14,755-square-foot main residence, pool house, guest cottage and caretakers accommodations. This place reads more like a luxury resort than a single family home with lighted tennis court and 50,000 gallon salt water pool. There's 11 - yes, eleven - bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Did I mention there’s a state of the art gym, jacuzzi, sauna and 10 wood burning fireplaces throughout the property? There's so much more to this house than the amenities, check out Dave Berman's story from last month's sale: Read more about Hacienda Del Sol here.

It is on record as the second most expensive home sold in Brevard County.

This property listed by Stephanie Dandridge of One Sotheby’s International closed on March 8.
