Pros
Functional interface: While Realtor.com Real Estate, Homes' exterior is plain, its interior is well furnished. Maps, photos, and videos loaded and transitioned smoothly. The Navigation Drawer stays open instead of closing too quickly. There are plenty of options, including access to your Realtor.com account.
Area Scout & Tap for nearby: Buttons jump to nearby listings, schools, rentals, and more on the local map. The optional Area Scout automatically updates as you zoom or scroll.
Versatile maps: The app retrieves and displays listings as you zoom or scroll on the map. We could turn off sold listings via toolbar, draw circles to search, toggle between satellite or map views, and much more.
Agent features: Realtors can access agent-only features, including tools for connecting and collaborating with clients.
Cons
Safe scouting: A warning message makes it clear that the Area Scout is not a navigation app and should never be used as one, especially when you're driving. Let Realtor.com Real Estate, Homes find the place, and let your GPS or navigation app get you there.
