The results are in for the showbiz categories in Digital Spy's 2019 Reader Awards!

From the result of the General Election to Big Brother's "DAVID'S DEAD!", certain moments stick with you, and the beef between Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy instantly became one of the year's biggest talking points when THAT Instagram post hit headlines.

It was extraordinary, sending shockwaves across the globe, so it's only right that you crowned it your Best Showbiz Moment of 2019 in the Digital Spy Reader Awards.

Here's the full rundown, including the winner's share of the total vote:

Best Showbiz Moment

Winner: "It's..........Rebekah Vardy's account"

Stormzy's iconic Glastonbury performance and the Friends reunion instagram snap were both worthy contenders, but there could only be one champ in the Best Showbiz Moment category and you went for......Wagatha Christie aka Coleen Rooney's public takedown of Rebekah Vardy.

2019 has been a testing year for all of us, but it's moments like this that make it all worthwhile.

Winner: Lewis Capaldi

Lewis Capaldi has had a BIG year.

When he wasn't winding up Noel Gallagher or going undercover at Greggs, the Scottish singer-songwriter was dominating the UK charts and picking up several awards – and he can add another one to his collection after scooping Best Singer in the DS reader awards.

Best Band

Winner: Little Mix

Little Mix strolled to victory in this category, leaving the rest of the competition in their dust with a whopping 64% of the total votes.

But it wasn't to be for BTS who, despite a supremely successful 2019, only came in fifth.

Best Song

Winner: Someone You Loved - Lewis Capaldi

You lot are clearly big Lewis Capaldi fans. Not only was he your favourite singer of the year, he also bagged the top spot in the Best Song category, and comfortably so with more than double the number of votes as second-place Billie Eilish.

Best Fanbase

Winner: Mixers - Little Mix

The Mixers turned up in their droves for this one, seeing out the likes of Doctor Who and Beyoncé to ensure that their girls won the Best Fanbase award.

But there were just seven votes between the Whovians and True Believers in second and third.

Best Live Event

Winner: Glastonbury

Glasto was the clear winner in the Best Live Event category, out in front with 39% of the overall votes.

2019 was an exciting year for Spice Girls fans, but the band's reunion only made second.

Best WWE Star

Winner: Becky Lynch

Your Best WWE Star 2019, Becky Lynch, received double the number of votes of Adam Cole in second place – an emphatic victory for the Irish wrestler who was named number one in Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Women's 100 2019.

Best Stand-up Comedian

Winner: Jack Whitehall

Last year's winner Katherine Ryan was overtaken by Jack Whitehall with 31% of the total votes.
