Reception today at ACA welcomes artists from College for Creative Studies in Detroit

ADRIAN — The Adrian Center for the Arts will welcome artists from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit today to talk about their work currently featured in the ACA’s gallery.

The public reception for the visiting artists is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. today with the guest artists planned to speak to the public starting at 3 p.m. The exhibit on display at the ACA, 1375 N. Main St., focuses on artists who work in glass, metals and sculptures, a news release said.

This year’s gallery is sponsored by the Sage Foundation and the Stubnitz Foundation, the release said. There is no cost or registration required to visit the gallery, which provides arts education and resources to help facilitate creative endeavors for people of all ages. Classes are offered to people of all skill levels.
