The offseason brings a lot of interesting storylines and a lot of interesting rumors as everybody takes every little tweet and post on Instagram and they run with it.

Dallas Mavericks guard Reggie Bullock caused a stir on Monday when he reposted two posts on his Instagram story saying that he’s headed to the Philadelphia 76ers. The 9-year veteran out of North Carolina has two years left on his contract with the Mavs so in order for the Sixers to even grab him, they’d have to trade for him.

Either way, the fact that he posted something about going to the Sixers twice is very interesting. Bullock would be a very good addition to Philadelphia if they were able to swing it though.

However, Bullock then took to Twitter to react to the hysteria. He posted a tweet as if he’s just reposting his friends tagging him in separate Instagram stories and there is nothing in the works for him and the Sixers.

Bullock did shoot 36% from deep for the Mavericks in the 2021-22 season and he is a prime 3-and-D player in this league. It appears that he’s denying any Sixers involvement, but the way his tweet is worded, it sounds like it’s a tongue in cheek deny.
