Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter, is safe after her home was nearly burglarized.

On Monday, the 24-year-old took to Twitter to share that two men tried to break into her home while she was out.

“Two guys tried to break in my home last night,” she wrote. “So Glad I wasn’t there; people are sick!”

Carter added she is taking the situation as a warning sign for the future. She hinted she might move and keep certain aspects of her life private.

“This is my sign to get tf out of here .. and to be more private and more to myself about everything,” she added.

Carter has been active on her YouTube channel, sharing vlogs documenting her life and relationship with Armon Warren. In one of her latest videos, the 23-year-old took a camera into her home as she prepared for and celebrated Cinco de Mayo.

The recent burglary may change the way she films her videos and how much she shares about her private life.

Although Carter has a prolific social media presence (she has 7 million followers on Instagram and 444,000 subscribers on YouTube), it’s not her only venture.

She is set to star in Toya & Reginae, an unscripted reality TV show and spin-off of Growing Up Hip Hop. Both she and her mother, Toya Johnson-Rushing, will lead the show.

“I’m so excited to let viewers back into our lives to see what my family has been up to since you’ve seen us last,” Johnson-Rushing said, according to Variety.
