Registration opens for breast cancer fundraiser

Aug. 23—Registration is open for the Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation's annual River Bluff Fun Run and Walk.

The event will take place Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, and all proceeds will go toward providing breast cancer screenings for uninsured and under-insured women in Cass County ages 40 and older.

To guarantee a shirt for this year's event, registrations must be received by Friday, Sept. 16. The deadline to register is Oct. 7, 2022.

Registration and shirt fees are $15 before Sept. 16. Extended shirt sizes (2 XL-5 XL) are $20.

Check-in for The River Bluff Fun Run and Walk begins 8 a.m. the day of the event. A Celebration of Survivors will be held from 8:45 a.m. until 9 and will include remarks from Dr. Cherie Bennett.

The Fun Run and Walk takes place from 9 until 10 a.m.

Breakfast will be provided by Woodbridge Health Campus.
