Reisterstown man faces arson charges after apartment fire
A fire at a Reisterstown condo building is now an arson investigation. Police arrested the man they believe set the fire that displaced 20 people. Baltimore County police said they arrested 25-year-old Jawon Moseley. They believe he set the fire. A camera at a neighboring apartment recorded the scene. WBAL-TV 11 News spoke with Darius Carroll, another neighbor who said he heard fire alarms going on and off throughout the day before the fire started.
