The official casualty number from the tornadoes that passed through northwest Tennessee last weekend has officially increased to four.

The remains of Jamie Hall, from Tallassee, Fla., were found in Reelfoot Lake just before 6 p.m. on Thursday at the Cypress Point Resort site, according to Lake County Sheriff Bryan Avery.

Hall was one of eight who’d traveled from Florida to Reelfoot for an annual duck hunting trip. Two others, Steve Gunn and his 12-year-old son, were also killed in the storm. All three had gone back to their rooms at Cypress Point to sleep before the storm approached Lake County.

Gunn and his son were both recovered on the edge of the water within the first couple hours after the storm had gone through Friday night.

Some of Hall’s family members traveled to Tennessee from Florida and Virginia to help in the search.

According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Hall, 47, was a mortgage loan officer at Prime Meridian Bank and was active in his church. He also helped coach football and track at a couple of high schools in the area around Tallahassee.
