Dec. 3, 2018: Three years ago, Tekoy Randolph (9), a senior defensive lineman on Oakland High's football team, addressed his student body following the program's win in the 2018 Class 6A State Championship game. At the time, the victory marked Oakland High's fourth state title, and first since 2008. (Also in 2018: Randolph was named the 3-6A co-defensive lineman of the year. He finished his senior season with 75 tackles (14.5 for loss), one interception, 4.5 sacks and one forced fumble.)

On Saturday, a new crop of Patriots will try to earn a sixth state title. Oakland, playing in its third BlueCross Bowl in four years, will face Summit, which will play in its third consecutive state title game.

Kickoff is at 6 p.m. (CT) at Chattanooga's Finley Stadium.
