As rent decreases in California’s tech hub, it’s increasing in Sacramento

More people are moving out of big cities and heading towards surrounding areas, like Sacramento. The transition is driving rental prices up in counties like Sacramento, while rent in areas like San Francisco is going down. A recent report from Realtor.com shows rent is decreasing in California’s urban tech hubs. For example, rent for studio apartments in San Francisco dropped 31% compared to last September.
