Rep. Steve Scalise says "a lot of progress has been made" in McCarthy's bid for House speaker

House Republican Whip Steve Scalise says talks continue with conservative holdouts, but "a lot of progress has been made" as Rep. Kevin McCarthy continues to try to find enough votes to become House speaker.
