Report: 1 dead, several injured following shooting at Indian Lakes Hotel in Bloomingdale
One person is dead and several were injured following a shooting early Saturday at a hotel in west suburban Bloomingdale, according to WGN-TV.
The shooting took place about 3 a.m. at the Indian Lakes Hotel, 250 West Schick Road, according to WGN.
At least one gunman was being sought, according to the report.
The Bloomingdale Police Department Facebook page said there was a large police presence at the hotel.
The posting also said, “There is no known imminent threat to any members of the community. Please avoid this area if possible. Police investigation continues at this time.”
