Bodies of Three Kidnapped Israeli Teens Found
Update
4:04 p.m.: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed that Hamas "will pay" for the kidnapping and killing. More on that here.
2:20 p.m.: Details are now emerging about the three Israeli teenagers whose bodies were found shortly before sunset in Israel. One initial surprise is that the three were reportedly killed almost immediately after being kidnapped and had been buried.

The three appeared to have been shot to death, likely “very close to the kidnap” time, the official said, and the prime suspects had still not been caught.
In the coming hours we'll no doubt be hearing more about a possible Israeli response as well as a statement by American officials. One of the boys who was killed was a dual Israeli-American citizen.

Amid reports of fighting between Israeli troops and Palestinians in the West Bank, rumors that three Israeli teenagers kidnapped earlier this month were found dead have grown. From the Times of Israel:
Clashes were reported between Palestinian and the IDF in the West Bank village of Halhul, north of Hebron. Several Palestinian protesters hurled stones and other objects at the soldiers. IDF forces have been searching repeatedly in the area since the three teenagers were abducted on June 12. Read more: Security cabinet to convene amid dramatic developments regarding kidnapped teens."
The dramatic development, still conjecture at this point, is the bodies of the three missing teenagers have been found near Hebron. The Times of Israel reports that Eyal Yifrach, Gil-ad Shaar and Naftali Fraenkel were found between Halhul and Karmei Tzu on Monday. More than 240 Palestinians have been arrested since the operation, dubbed "Brother's Keeper," began.
